Another Hat

  1. Cast on 60 stitches
  2. Move L16 stitch onto L17 and L15 onto L14
  3. Move R16 stitch onto R17 and R15 onto R14
  4. Now move all stitches inwards so there are no empty needles
  5. Knit 2 rows
  6. Move L15 to L16 and L14 to L13
  7. Move R15 to R16 and R14 to R14
  8. Move all stitches inwards so no empty needles.
  9. You should be able to see what stitches were decreased the time before and just decrease those same ones
  10. but they will be one number lower on the number strip
  11. So keep decreasing until you have 30 stitches in total
  12. Knit 1 more row
  13. Take off on WY and set up to graft the 2 outside sections to the middle section so the seam will be on the back of the hat

Another way to decrease would be to move L16 to L15 and then move those stitches back to L16, and then L13 to L14 and then those back to L13 and also move the stitches inwards so that there are no empty needles

Remember, if you are making these or any item for donations, you can donate them to your local churches (do not have to be a member there), any homeless shelter, food pantries, hospitals and local schools.  Do not be a fool when someone else takes your items and donates or even sells them for their recognition and not yours or even a profit that they never made the items.
