You set the Russell levers out and then start with the 2nd needle in and push EON to HP. Then knit 3 rows.
Then put the Russell lever back to the carriage so that it will knit all the
stitches, even in HP, if the carriage is on the left, then put the right Russell lever back.
For the machines that will not do that, then first put the needles from HP to FWP and then the opposite needles to HP but not the end needles, let those knit each row.
Next put that Russell lever back out and starting with the 3rd needle in, push out EON and knit 3 rows, again put the Russell lever so that it will knit all the
stitches back for 1 more row.
Continue repeating this for as long as you need.
Using a Punch Card to do the above
Here is the punch card made for the above way, so that you won't have to manually put the Russell Levers back and forth.
Of if you want to do the Two Color Brioche, really didn't come out as I wanted it to, so not really a Brioche stitch but makes a nice piece of fabric, just use your #1 card and set your machine to knit 2 rows of the same line, for the Singer machines, set that one lever to "L" and the brother machine, put the lever all the way back to the long upside
triangle.
