Machine Knit Clapotis worked on the Bulky machine

Gauge is not a factor as this is a scarf, if you can get more stitches than I do, it would be a shawl

I started out with needles L24 through L26

  1. E-Wrap cast on or latch tool cast on (your choice)
  2. Knit across
  3. Bring Needle L27 out to Holding Position and knit across so it will increase on the left side
  4. Bring Needle L23 out to Hold Position and knit across so it will increase on the left side
  5. Now leave Needles L21 and L22 back to Non Working Position and bring out L20 so to increase
  6. Knit across
  7. Leave Needles L28 and L29 in Non Working Position, bring out L30
  8. Knit across so it will increase.  Keep increasing needles this way until you have all needles 5 in work and 2 out of work until your to the left side of the bed
  9. Now you will Decrease 1 stitch on the left when the carriage is on the left and Increase 1 stitch on the right when the carriage is on the right, again keeping the needles with 5 in work and 2 out of work
  10. When decreasing the last stitch of the section of 5, just put it to the next needle in WP
  11. When you get to the right side of the bed, then move the stitches back to the left, I did this one more time
  12. It will look like this with floats going across the 2 needles out of work, of course this is all finished with 2 rounds of single crochet around it

Here it is all finished
