I remember seeing this pattern some time ago, but cannot find it now. From my notes I had, I was able to redo up the chart with knitting symbols, you can download the Excel format file here or Open Office format
You will need to have the Knitting Font installed on your computer also.
Now as I did increase and Decrease to make the shawl, you can just do it plain and make a scarf out of this, just get enough stitches and work up the eyelets to form the diamond lace
