Extra Large Sweater done on any machine (changes below)

This is the sweater I did work up for a teenager but for those of us that cannot get the stitches that we need on our machines, we need to cut the pieces into parts to get it worked up.

So here is the original pattern for the one I did in the video:

KNITWARE SWEATER DESIGN

GAUGE DATA:
Gauge (Stocking stitch over 4 in = 10 cm): 20.0 stitches by 28.0 rows.
Body knit by Singer Bulky using TD3
Ribbing knit by Singer Bulky using TD2

FINISHED DIMENSIONS: (ins): ... with Moderate fit.

Chest: 36.2 Armhole: 15.1 Top Neck Opening: 6.0
  Hem Width: 8.3 Front Neck Width: 3.0
  Sleeve Top: 11.2 Front Neck Depth: 3.0
Hem Width: 36.2 Sleeve Bottom: 8.3  
Back Width: 13.1 Sleeve Length: 16.0  
Body Length: 25.7 Hem Length: 2.0 Collar Length: 1.0
Hem Length: 2.5    

Note: Read ALL these instructions thoroughly BEFORE starting to knit. There may be sections where there are two shaping's to work at the same time (such as necklines or waist shaping). The pattern may call for more needles than you have on your machine.

NOTE: At most, 92 needles are required to make this garment.

BACK:
1. Cast on 92 stitches in MY, using TD2 and closed edge method. Work in 1x1 rib for 20 rows. COR.
2. Change to TD3 and Stocking stitch, RC000. Work 106 rows. COR.
3. Armhole shaping. Cast off 4 stitches at beginning of next 2 rows. COR. Dec 1 stitch at each end of every alternate row for 16 rows. Total 124 rows with 68 stitches remaining.
4. Work a further 36 rows even. COR. Total 160 rows.
5. Shoulder shaping. Cast off 9 stitches at beginning of next 2 rows. Cast off 10 stitches at beginning of following 2 rows. COR.
6. Total 164 rows with 30 stitches remaining for back of neck. Place stitches on holder.

FRONT:
1-2 Follow steps 1 and 2 as for back. COR.
3. Armhole. Dec for armhole at both ends, as for back. Continue until 142 rows total, with 68 stitches remaining.
4. Shape neck. COR. Thread center 16 stitches to WY. 26 stitches each side.
5. Right neck. LH needles in HP. Dec 1 stitch at neck edge every row 7 times, until 19 stitches remain. Then work  11 row's) even. Total 160 rows.
6. Shoulder shaping. Cast off as for back.
7. Left neck. COL. Work as for right neck, reversing shaping's.

SLEEVES:
1. Cast on 44 stitches in MY, using TD2 and closed edge method. Work in 1x1 rib for 16 rows. COR.
2. Change to TD3 and Stocking stitch, RC000.
3. Inc 1 stitch at each end of every 12th row 5 times, then every 13th row twice to 58 stitches (86 rows total).
4. Work even to total 98 rows. COR.
5. Shape cap. Cast off 4 stitches at beg of next two rows (50 stitches remain). Dec 1 stitch at each end of every 2nd row 5 times, then decrease 1 stitch at each end of every 3rd row 6 times, then decrease 1 stitch at each end of every 2nd row 5 times. Total 138 rows. COR. Cast off remaining 18 stitches loosely.

LEFT SHOULDER SEAM:
Sew front to back along left shoulder seam.

ROUND (CREW) FRONT NECK SINGLE BAND COLLAR:
1. Bring out 82 needles to HP. With wrong side of work facing, rehang 30 stitches from back neck holder, 18 stitches from left front neck edge, 16 stitches from front neck holder and 18 stitches from right front neck edge. Hang weights. Push needles to FWP, latches open. Use TD2 with COR.
2. Work 8 rows. Convert to 1x1 rib. Cast off loosely.

FINISHING:
1. Sew sleeve top to armhole, easing to fit. Sew side and sleeve seams. Sew any remaining seams.
2. Darn/weave/sew in all loose ends.

Changes I made

BACK:
1. Cast on 70 stitches in MY, using TD2 and closed edge method. Work in 1x1 rib for 20 rows. COR.
2. Change to TD3 and Stocking stitch, RC000. Knit 160 rows.
3. Shoulder shaping. Bind off 9 stitches at beginning of next 2 rows. Bind off 10 stitches at beginning of following 2 rows. COR.
4. Total 164 rows with 30 stitches remaining for back of neck. Place stitches on holder.

FRONT:
1. Follow steps 1 & 2 as for Back.
2. Continue to row 142.
3. Shape Neck:  Thread center 16 stitches onto WY or circular needle.
4. RIGHT NECK:  LH needles to HP, set carriage to Hold.  Decrease 1 stitch on neck edge every row 7 times.
5. Knit 11 rows even, Bind off as for Back
6. LEFT NECK:  Work as for right neck, reversing shaping

SIDE PIECES: (May work in different color as I did)
1. Cast on 26 stitches in MY, using TD2 and closed edge method. Work in 1x1 rib for 20 rows. COR.
2. Change to TD3 and Stocking stitch, RC000. Knit 106 rows. COR.
3. Armhole shaping. Put from R4 all the way to the left needles in HP, set carriage to Hold. COR. Dec 1 stitch at left end of needles in Work, every alternate row for 16 rows.
4. Bind off last stitch.
5. Bind off from R4 to L4 (8 stitches) and hang loop on next needle.
6. Knit 1 row across, now decrease on the right side of work every other row.  Bind off last stitch

7. Make other side the same way

Knit the sleeves and collar as in original pattern above

Now sew the side pieces to the front and back, sew the sleeve in place and last sew the sleeve and side seam

Weave in any yarn tail ends and your done.

Now here is a Woman's 3X in pdf format I did April of 2015, along with the original schematics again in pdf format also done up in April of 2015 and will try and get how they will look as the pictures above.
