This is an easy one, well for most. You will knit up a rectangle. You first measure around your head, then from under your ears to the center top of the head. You will multiply the circumference of your head to the stitches per inch. Then multiply the other measurement by the rows per inch. That is all you need to knit it up.
But here is a spreadsheet I did up so you can input those and the math will be done for you.
